Required policies are shown at checkout and must be accepted before an order can be confirmed. We store the accepted version with the order.

Every policy carries a plain-language note: what it means in practice, why it exists, and what we do to reduce the chance of a problem. The bold text is the binding wording; the notes add practical context.
