Freeze-dried cottage foods we make
Texas cottage rules allow dehydrated fruit and vegetables, candy, baked goods that need no refrigeration, popcorn, granola, coated nuts, pickles, roasted coffee and dry tea. We freeze dry those into finished pantry bags.
Fruit
Strawberries, mango, cherries, watermelon, kiwi, cranberries, citrus and other freeze-dried fruit chips.
Vegetables
Peppers, green beans, zucchini, cultivated mushrooms, beets, sweet potatoes and jalapeños.
Candy & baked snacks
Marshmallows, gummies, hard candy, cookies, brownies and cake bites.
Pantry staples
Popcorn, granola, pickle chips, candied pecans, roasted coffee and herbal tea.
Made for your pantry. Handled by ours.
Freeze drying removes moisture, but it is not a kill step and does not sterilize food. We may withhold a product when safety or quality standards are not met. All completed orders are available through local pickup.
